Auto service chain mistakes ?
Mechanic at a chain of auto service stores made a mistake by driving a tool next to my spark plug through my engine head. This caused the head to be junk and now coolant shoots everywhere. They will not cover their damages. What should I do. I live in Virginia USA....
I would contact the better business bureau in your area, or online and report all the proof and information regarding your situation. They will then contact you and also the auto service store. They will help you resolve the problem. Sometimes getting someone else involved seems to help out the situation. I used the BBB when I had a problem with a car dealership and a lemon I was sold, and they were able to help me get my money back and return the car.
