Best download for deleting Trojan? ?
I believe I have a Trojan on my computer. I posted a question a little while ago asking about a constant alert I keep getting about a new auto startup thats been detected (WinPatrol New Program Alert). I keep denying the addition b/c I temporarily dont have my computer protected (Norton 360 expired) so I know it cant be something I want to accept.
The address thing on it says: "CWINDOWSsystem32twext.exe,"
So if its a Trojan, what do I do? Do I download a program to remove it.................if so, which one and how? This is all new to me so please explain as simply as you can.
Also, Ive read something about needing to start your computer in safemode before downloading any removal tools.........what does that mean and is it something thats important?
in safe mode F8 run malwarebytes anti-malware and SUPERAntispyware,and what they find you
delete it manually. then run ccleaner to cleand your pc, and mvregclean, to clean registry.
what mvregclean find you remove because the key is there but not the file ,folder or program.
even you reformat and it finds anything remove dont be afraid.
