How to sue over a car that is a lemon and was told it wasnt can you help please?
I bought a car april 18th of this year, and picked it up on the 20th of april. I was told I would be the 2nd owner and that this car had no problems and has never been in a accident. I found out today this car has been wrecked! The brake on the left front tire had no screws holding it together, and I did a car fact and a auto checked and found out im the 6th owner and this car was used by a rental company and was put in auction 2x. I bought this car from a man who stated it was in great codntion but only hid all the problems is there any way I can get info online to do something about this? I live in the central, ca area (fresno, hanford, lemoore, etc) the 559 area. Any info can help. My husband is deployed to iraq ans i have a 5 month old and 3 year old. This is my first deployment and I got taken on a ride over this car..So im lookin for any info to sue this guy for just the cost of repair. Thanks!!
You should have had the car inspected before you bought it. If you bought it as is you probably are not going to get anything out of suing him. Suing someone is not cheap and if you lose you have all the lawyer and court costs to worry about. You might see if the Better Business Bureau will do anything for you.
