involved in an auto accident without insurance?
we were involved in a car accident in ca. We were hit at the rear side.We don't have insurance. The other has. The adjuster sent us a letter that is was total wrecked. The insurance is trying to make a settlement but we still have to pay almost half the cost of the car. The car is leased. Our attorney is telling us that we are at loss if we push the case for we don't have insurance.
This is why in your lease contract it states somewhere that you will maintain full coverage on the vehicle at all times. You probably aren't going to get any sympathy from the leasing company.
