How do you get rid of a car that is junk?
My car was severely damaged in a flood. And i have no idea what to do with it because its just sitting where its been. what should i do with my car, whats the best way to get rid of it? Details please, I appreciate it!
There should be junk men in the paper. Steel seels for a bit so it's worth it to them to pickup. Sometimes they will pay a little but usually it's just hauled off for free. Some states require you to have a title (Texas does) so I just haul them to the street and call for an abandoned vehicle pickup. (I've had a bunch of them just turn to junk from floods) Selling as parts is not a good option for me as I live out of town.
