What is the best way to sell my car?
I have a 1997 Ford Escort with about 130k miles that I am trying to get rid of. I'm hoping to get at least a little for it and not just junk it. It's the first car I've ever owned and I've never sold one, so I need some advice. The problem is that although the car is generally in good condition and runs great, it has a couple of major problems that I think will make it hard to sell. First, I got in a fender-bender and the front right headlight and fender need to be replaced. Second, there is a leak in the coolant system that needs to be repaired. So I'm thinking of offering it as a "fixer-upper" or "for parts". But I have no idea how to do that. Does anyone have any ideas? Or should I just junk it?

Put up as a post on www.craigslist.org
It's free which is a bonus... just put all the details of the car and what you want and etc and the rest will unfold!
Or put an ad in your local newspaper or by putting up little cards around town for it... Or the old fashioned way and putting a sign on it!
