can a car be junked with a lien on the title?
I live in the Milwaukee, WI area, and I have a car that I want to call a salvage yard to come junk it. But it has a lien on the title. Will they still take it or no? Thank you.
tow it to a parking lot and remove the tags it will eventually get towed then the lein holder will have to pay the tow and storage bill i have done this before it will get rid of it.
