i have had a letter to attend a disposal hearing?
i had a bump in my car last august which was my fault, the guy i bumped into got paid out by my insurance, i have just had a letter to say i have to attend a disposal hearing over the accident and havent a clue what it is. can you please help me
I would advise that you contact the insurance company that dealt with this claim, I guess they will also be involved may be able to assist you.
