i have had my financed car seized by the police!!!?
i have had my financed car seized by the police, i contacted the garage it was taken to to see if i could pay the fine in payments they refused to accept, so as i was unable to pay the garage and dvla informed me the car had been crushed. i was as you can imagine upset, so just by chance my grandmother got her car dealer to do a car check and we have found out the car has been sold on and i still have finance owing on the car is there a way i can either get my car back or recover the money it was sold for to pay off my finance??? i have all the evidence to show the car was scrapped and the car details to say it has a new owner. please email or reply , miss southern suvstar@live.co.uk
More information needed. WHY was your car seized by the Police ?
If DVLA say the car has been crushed, that means it is de-registered and cannot be sold on.
If you have finance outstanding on the car, keep paying it.
