What is the procedure to complain the authority for the clearing the footpath and road from illegal capturing
AT CST road Kurla west Mumbai, foot path and main road is almost blocked by illegal car and truck parkings, illegal scraps lying on the road.there is no one to stop them. It appears that there is no law and order.I want to know where and to whom i should contact for speed and sure action.
