Are your neighbors helpful or considerate?
Here's the case: I live in an apartment complex and just about everyone owns a car. Every Thursday(April to September 8-12pm), the cars are supposed to be relocated for street cleaners. I just got my third ticket today. I understand that is my duty to move my car but don't you think that a least one person from own neighborhood(even the apartment downstairs) would be decent enough to give you a heads up? Two weeks ago when i Moved my car I rang my neighbor's bell and saved him twenty bucks. My other neighbor who is an elderly(the husband is in critical care) I take her garbage cans to her yard after the trash is picked up. I signed UPS/MAIL packages for neighbors who other wise would have missed the delivery and be forced to self pickup.
Please note that I'm am not lazy but just forget to move the car. The night before there is no other form of parking because all the spots in which you don't need to move are taken.
I live in the ghetto. My neighbors are mostly crack heads. I listen to them yelling all day and all night long. They use profane language. They mistreat their children. They sell drugs in my backyard. Their kids are always asking me for food. They throw their garbage in my yard. Their kids steal my kids bikes, scooters, balls, I had to start putting them in our basement every night. So, I would feel grateful for neighbors like yours.
