which car rental co is cheapest, allows pickup at heathrow (9Dec 09) and drop off at st pancras (27Dec 09)?
I understand many underground tube service do not operate from 24dec to the first week of following year. I need to catch a eurostar train at St Pancras on 27dec heading for brussels.
I don't think you'd be able to find a car rental company that stores at St Pancras.

You'd be better off taking the Heathrow express. It goes straight from Heathrow Airport, Into St Pancras Station in about 15 minuites,
Alot cheaper+faster than renting a car.
Also, You'll find the tube easier to get around London with than a car,
