the person cause this car wreck got no insurance?
ok so last night, i was driving on the freeway alone by myself. some crack-head a**hole, driving a pickup truck trying to cross the free-way. and he didn't stop on the stop sign, i think he was probably doing that on purpose or he might just trying to suicide. anyway so my SUV went into like T-BONE on his truck. and my car is screwed, and i can't work. my chest and my lower belly hurt very bad from the seat belt. i just left the hospital this morning. my insurance is not full cover. but anyhow that my insurance will pay for this accident, because it was the other guy's fault. my problem here is im not sure how much my insurance is going to pay me, and OF COURSE that my insurance bill will go HIGH next year. so should i sue that crack-head for my insurance bill going to be so HIGH next year and if my insurance didn't pay me enough for me and my car?
you have uninsured motorist maybe?? is it for medical bills, and the vehicle? then they pay your medical ans fix your suv, or total it, but that is likely all the money that will come your way, If you want compensation and pain and suffering you can sue him for the state max which may be 3 to 5 grand depending on your state, I know if your insurance covers your car, they will likely sue him for that at a later date, when they think he may have money. I can understand how you feel, Sure does suck when some loser crack head tweaker blows the stop and uses your suv to stop quick If you have to pay the deductible come back and sue dummy for that too, give his slow butt some incentive to go get a frigging job too.making him look like a fool
