junk car removal__________________?
I found a junk removal car that will come to pick up a car that I don't use anymore, my question is when I give them the title do I have to sign it? What about the plate?

as stated above you sign the title but you keep the plate.. The plate is issued to you not really the car. ether turn the plate in, or destroy it , or keep it for another car you may have or get. If you leave it with the car and someone takes it and uses it for bad things they'll be coming looking for you..
