i hit a car from 5 mins away my house my fault from the back the lady isn't complaining though however the cop gave me a ticket..
the ticket is for careless driving so i was thinking if i paid for it online i would only get two points instead of 4 if the court sees the case?
I also am wondering how the point removal system works I'm a probational driver so i know i will be signed up for a probational driver program and was wondering if i can apply to driver defense class online
You will need to ask the judge if you can take defensive driving and if this is your first time you will get it and all you have to do is pass the course and stay out of trouble for 6 months and the points will be gone.
