Car seat in a pickup truck?
I am expecting our 1st born in about a month's time now!! 
yayy!
My husband drives a pickup truck-Nissan Frontier 2 seater. There is one side-facing seat at the back. My question is, is it legally allowed in the USA to put an infant in a side facing back seat? Ofcourse the backseat wudnt have any airbags.

Why do you need a car seat?
My Mom used to put me in the back of the old pickup truck that she was trying to sell and I turned out fine.
Now that I think back, the pickup's "For Sale" sign read kinda funny.

Needs attention
Dirty under hood
Constant whining noise
Leaks in bed
Must hit rearend constantly
She never did sell that blue truck.
