Why are dealers asking for the Cash For Clunkers cars back?

The Government isn't processing paperwork for all dealerships. Isn't this supposed to be a relatively simple program? What's the problem?
Nostradamus, what's amazing to me is how shortsighted and economically illiterate people such as you are. This isn't a stimulus to the economy.
The best the government can do with a direct stimulus is a net zero. The money given must be taken, either today through higher taxes, or later through debt repayment. Also, this program includes destruction of usable property, which, in and of itself is stupid.
