two uninsured drivers get into an accident can anyone sue?
I was low on cash so i didn't have insurance and a ran a stop sign that was obscured by a tree and a powerline clearly i was at fault but hears the tricky part the driver i hit had a suspended licence and no insurance he want me to replace his old car and is planing on taking 9 days of of work because he claims his ribs are sore but i don't think he whent to the doctor my car hit his at about 35mph on the passangerside so i don't think this is possible, he wants me to reimburst him for that too, can he sue me under Oregon law.
He can sue you and he may win. If you were at fault you might be found liable for his losses. Whatever losses he can prove.
But if he has told you all this it sounds like he may be more talk than action. Don't volunteer any information the court might not have.
