Are people doing stupid things in YOUR city like they are here?
Okay, I'm a northern girl who moved to Central Florida in 06'. Since then I have seen the dumbest things done by the well, not so intelligent individuals out there! I live in the Orlando, FL area and I constantly get approaced by creepy old men looking for a hand out, desperate men wanting to 'just fill up the ole car' so they can "get the wife to the hospital" while wanting "cash only" (uh huh....yeah) and the latest thing, stupid people wiping out half of our banks drive-thru lanes in order to steal the ENTIRE ATM MACHINE!!! So please tell me, do these people live in your city too?? Or are we just so lucky here in Central Florida? 
They are everywhere. And some of the panhandlers make a pretty good living. The way they eventually getted tripped up is when authorities realize that these folks take in hundreds a day (in some cases) and never report that income to the IRS.
And the morons who try to steal ATM machines are out West too. They get tripped up by forgetting that every one of those machines has a video tape recorder connected to it.
Most criminals are criminals because they are stupid. From the ones who rob a bank and are found waiting for a public transit bus while holding an exploded bag with their faces covered in purple or red dye all the way to the idiot hitchhiker I once gave a ride to who tried to hold me up at knife point while completely ignoring the .38 caliber revolver in the holster on my right hip. I got him out of my car before he could relieve himself on the leather seats.
