skip company refuses to pick up?
I hired a skip and the company now just will not pick up despite 11 calls. Upon further investigation they apparently do not have a licence to move waste - my drive is now blocked by the skip and nobody can help me - my car was tonight damaged as it was parked in the road and I just do not know who to turn to as the council and environmental agency cannot help - they are taking cash on delivery, charging vat and would not give me a receipt, but will not pick up - any ideas please
take them to small claims court.
sue them for misrepresentation if they delivered the skip knowing that they do not have a license to move waste.
sue to have them pay you to get rid of it.
maybe they would come pick it up and let it set in their own yard.
