
Why does the Cash-For-Clunker trade-in program stop at 1984 models?
What if your car is from 1983?....that's not recyclable?
What about older models? I understand they don't want people turning in "classic" cars.....but if somone has an older car that they WANT to scrap, they can't....??
Are they trying to protect the (auto) scrap yards?
