does my 2001 oldsmobile alero qualify for cash for clunkers.?
I recently replaced my alternator and a diode in the car costing about 300 each.. Now about a month later check engine light is on again with catalytic convertor problem costing another 300 because i need a CA emissions... I checked online and saw that my car didnt qualify based on MPG but is there any exeptions. Im a pizza delivery driver making 10/hour and can't afford a new car without cash for clunkers
You could trade it in on a used car, that might solve the problem or you could try and put a catalytic converter on your self;, pep-boys should be able to do the job for cheap just be careful cause they will try and talk you into doing other stuff...
