Cars For Cash California
October 25th, 2010 by admin

cars for cash california
When should I expect plates for my new car in California?

I have bought used cars all my life. Until August 4th when I bought an actual new car. (No, I wasn't able to do Cash for Clunkers.) I've never had to deal with new plates before. Shouldn't I have received them by now? It's been 5 weeks. There's a temporary DMV form on the bottom right of my windshield. Does that form expire?

Yes the "Temp" does expire in 60 days in CA. The new plates should be arriving any time now. California DMV is slow at getting new plates out. I buy new cars all the time so it's not uncommon for the plates to come at the 60 day mark.
