If you purchase a car (2007) from a dealership in the State of Kansas...?
.....Are they required to give you the Operators book with it (no Charge). We purchased a car and paid cash for it but did not receive the Operators book with it and now they want us to charge for it???? Need answers quick, thank you.
They do not always come with the books, but MOST dealers will pay for it, or split the cost with you. However, they are not required to pay for it.
