The dealers do not have any thing to dp with what is happening they r blinded by trying to salvage what they have left just as the rest of the American people. I believe it is a situation that monies r being held back by the President it is a situation where he is robbing Peter 2 pay Paul.He is trying t make it look as though he can get us through when to put it rather blunt he is an idiot and u will c that there will b no pay outs on the cars! He is very crafty and has most of the people bullshitted and c if someone from his cabinet comes up with a good reason why the American people must make another sacrifice financially.Impeachment NOW while we still have a chance to survive
