How easy is this to raise a bit of cash ?
Hi Folks,
I am a retired power engineer, with an interest in cars.
I have no showroom, but find that I can pick up a small car from the local paper, and give it a quick polish, and move it on at what could be a £1000 profit.
I am not a sharpy car-dealer, and would not con anyone, but it seems to be money for old rope.
If it has a fault, I point it out, honest bloke that I am, but put a fair price on the thing, always at a goodly profit.
I know how to knock down the purchase price by pointing out faults, but offer a fair deal at the end of the day.
It is so simples, I don't know why many retired folks don't do it.
Any notions ?

Good idea Bob, but not original so you may have some competition. Place ads in free ad papers to make even more money. I used to do this but got fed up with the timewasters.
