is there a law aginest putting a car up for sale before returning cash?
i was buying a black 2.0s capri for £1500
and i gave him £300 but he told me i can come and have that back today due to me wanting to do a DVLA check and him thinking i don't trust him
but before he has even given me the money back he has put the car backup for sale is there some sort of law aginest this ?
by his taking your 300 he has agreed to sell you the car he cant sell the car without giving you back your 300 because you could sue him for breach of contract
