Does any company rent cars out of state one way to 18yr olds and allow payment in cash?
I am looking for a way to move from Dallas to Tulsa and anything with a trunk will do but I don't have much money and I am almost 19 what is my best course of action.
They won't rent to an 18 year old even if you had a credit card
