what happens if you get charged with money laundering in the UK?
My brother got arrested by the police for haveing £1000 in cash on him. He had the money from our uncle to buy a car. the police wernt satisfied with that answer and bailed him till a later date without charging him. he went bk on the date and the police bailed him again without charging him. He has now been bailed 4 times and its coming upto a year since he was first arrested.
Does anyone know why the police keep bailing him and not charging him yet?, are they trying to get more evidence?, and if he ends up getting charged what will happen to him?

and i wanted proper answers, my brother isnt a criminal, he has never had any kind of criminal record
Lots of prison time. Make sure he has soap on a rope.
