Is the cash-4-clunkers progra not limited to American made cars? I just saw an ad for Mazda cars qualifying?
for this program. How is this truly helping the economy, Detroit car makers if it's not limited to US car makers??
In my opinion this program should have been named the South Korean - Japan recovery act.
This really shows the managerial aptitude of the Obama administration. He effectively nationalized General Motors and then implement a program which is more advantageous to foreign owned manufacturers than to his own company. If I managed my company like this, the board would have my head. Let alone the investors.
