Are there any limits of cash I can take when traveling by car to other states
(for example California to Washington )
No limits on carrying cash within the US. There are only limits if you are traveling outside the US. However, I wouldn't suggest walking around with a big wad of cash - people have been getting mugged and robbed for relatively small amounts of money.
