How much should I sell my SAAB for?
I own a 1999 9-5 SAAB but it's been out of commisson for 2 yrs. It's parked in my drive-way and hasn't been running since. It broke down and stopped working so I parked it. I ended up buying a mini-van so I did not need to get it fixed. I am not sure what is wrong with it and don't plan to keep it any longer. The tires are gone flat from sitting so long too. I have 4 winter tires that I can either put on or sell with the car. I was wondering if anyone would know what I should sell it for or do you think anyone would buy it since it's been sitting? I live in Canada so we need to talk Canadian figures. I was also thinking of calling up those scrap metal people and they will pay you a couple hundred bucks to take it away. I would rather see if I could get some more money out of it because it could be a simple thing to fix???? What do you car guys think? Thanks.
very little, would donate if you can't get someone to buy it as a mechanic's special or for parts. Can't see this as attractive to the average buyer. At least in the states you can donate, and they tow for free, and you get a tax write off. good luck!
