How much would someone get at a junk yard for a car?
I have a 99 Chevy Prism (mid sized 4 door) it has 110000 miles on it, one side is pretty dingged up and its on a dought. It's not worth fixing up so i'm looking to scrap it. I live in the Western New York area and was wondering roughly how much I could get for a car like this at a junk yard?
Sell it on craigslist for parts as is. Ask $1000 and take your best offer. Most junkyards today won't pay much (if at all).
