how much can I get for my car?
I have a 2000 Hyundai Elantra that still runs OK and can pass emissions, but the AC and other minor parts do not work. It has a flat tire and I just don't want to invest in new tires for a car that I don't drive much anyway.
My question is, what would be the best way to get rid of this car and get some money for it? Would selling it to someone else be viable or should I look at selling it to a scrap yard?

You need to provide a bit more than "runs ok". What you can get for it depends on equipment and the shape of the car. Someone could tow it away for nothing or you could get a $1000 for it.
If you're looking to trade it in, then let it sit and wait for a push/pull/drag it in sale
