kauff's towing in opa locka stole from me, what should i do now..?
ok on Thursday night i was pulled over and long story short my car was towed by Kauff's Towing who was called my the Miami gardens officer who pulled me over.. On Saturday when i picked up my car i drove home checked my truck and my 2-ton jack was missing. So i started checking if there was anything else missing.. The change i kept in my car was also missing but I just want my jack back.. I got a 2005 Mustang and the only way to get in the trunk is with the keys, which Kauff towing had.. I finally got the manager after numerous attempts since Saturday and he didn't help at all. He seemed angry i was even accusing his employees of theft. He even offered me a replacement jack from the junk yard, when i refused he told me i was being an "ass" and he is no longer going to do anything about my stolen jack.. What should i do now..??
Take them to court and sue them.
