how do i junk a car with no title?
i live in the city of pico rivera in los angeles county...my boyfriend bought this crappy junk car off some dude and cause we didn't have money at the time we never got it transferred to our name. Then to make crap worse he lost the tittle to it! so now he doesnt want it cause it might not even pass the smog test...needs new battery and a new tire so how the heck do we get rid of it !!!
does anyone know how to get rid of it with out geting a tittle!?
by the way i think its a 1984 chevy nova 4 doors n its ugly!

I was able to junk a car without a title. I had to fill out a form claiming I had the right to junk it. They wrote down the VIN number and my drivers license number. So if it was reported stolen, or found I didn't have the right to junk it, I'd be held legally responsible.
