Do i need an export/import license?
So i'm starting a tshirt business, and want to import blank t-shirts from Peru... first I'll start with a dozen, then a crate..etc...
BUT at the same time I want to export electronics (car accessories and home audio) to another country in South America.
Do i need to get a import/export license? if so how do i?

If you just need a dozen at the beginning, try to get from the importer in USA. When you need in bigger qty then you can import by yourself.
Yes you will need import/export license. Try to check with your local business license.
You can also use the forwarder to arrange the importation so you just need to pay the fee.
