for a pickup of equal value (no junk or rust bucket please)
2-door Super Coupe
3.8L with turbo charged engine
Automatic with floor shifter
Sun-roof (no leaks)
Body ok some rough spots and fading
Interior in good shape
Leather Seats
All Power with temp control
Stock stereo with cassette
Tires less than a year old

It's technically worth the money for sure.
But any vehicle in that price range may have problems or develop problems soon (not the fault of the seller) that cost more than the purchase price.
Its just the luck of the draw. Try to check out the car thoroughly.
When you are looking at cars that cheap, your best bet is to find the cheapest value car you can for the price you're looking to spend. This will get you a car in the best possible shape.
In other words a 1995 Ford Escort for $995 or probably in better shape than a 1994 Thunderbird for the same price
