Limo would be a waste, but is a rental car tacky?
Our hotel, the night of the wedding is less than 5 minutes from the venue. I called to check if the hotel (Marriott) had a shuttle or something, but the answer was no, since it would be such a late at night pickup. Should we rent a SUV or something? I feel like it is such a huge amount of money paying for a limo to drive us such a short distance. Really I think we are just trying to keep up appearances.... How many of you did not use a limo at all for the wedding?
The car is more for the ride to the hotel afterwards were Im sure to be a little tispy! There no way I am walking!!
I personally used a limo - but my friend actually rented a car. They got a really nice BMW that they drove. It costs a lot less then the actual limo and they liked the fact that they had a car after the reception ended.
