Where can I find Scrap Metal?
I am a teen you needs some money. I can't seem to find any scrap metal I've posted craigslist ads looking for old car batteries, old radiators, washing machines, dryers, dish washers, electric motors, lawn mower engines, chain saw engines, and even shell casings but nothing has turned up. I drove to a lawn mower repair shop asked if I can't have there not working engines and I would take them for free. They said no, that they can just take them to the junkyard themselfs. I went down to the junkyard and the guys trying to charge me full price for non-working applances and engines. Does anyone know any where I can find scrap metal?
yeah just look around near your house on trash nights and grab that metal. its hard to find at times. but me and my friend does it all the time. we just drive to different sub divisions and cities to get metal.
