Are there any federal or state (rhode island) permits needed to purchase and strip cars for scrap metal?
I'm looking to begin to scrap cars for metal to recycle, and i dont know if there are any federal regulations against it.
YOU NEED A LICENSE FOR ANY SHOP YOU RUN . AND FOR SCRAPING OUT CARS YOU MIGHT NEED TO KEEP A REAL GOOD SET OF RECORDS TO PROVE YOU DON'T DEAL IN STOLEN CARS .
