Lost keys to my old fiesta si, want to scrap it but its in the garage and cant move it without the keys?
I havent tried the dealers coz i know they will charge me more than the car's worth...any suggestions are welcomed...am in nottingham
there are two ways of doing so. If your going to scrap it anyway you could pop the lock out of the door or just call the scrap yard they should have a flatbed truck they could send and just drag it up and they would then worry about it. By taking the lock out you should be able to take the lock to a locksmith to make a key. If the car is scrap I wouls just call the wrecking yard and ask them if they could pick it up with out the key.. Would save you a lot of trouble. They usually can.
