Road Tax in the UK?
Why do we have car tax? While costs a fortune in admin etc. Why not scrap this tax and simply put the tax on fuel. Then no one can avoid it and you "pay as you go". I accept we have too much tax on fuel already, but the poor motorist is an easy target for tax and the Government have the golden excuse to tax us even more, as it is not green to drive!!! Thought Labour were in power NOT the Green Party!!!!
I absolutely agree. And the MOT should be a certificate AND a security sticker that can be displayed on the car's windscreen.
