Can I dump a car that has fines and tickets, and escape paying those tickets by simply buying another car?
Car was towed. I want to scrap car, but there are fines and tickets on the car. Can I scrap the car and just go on to another, or do I, as the owner, still owe those tickets no matter what?
the tickets are yours not the cars. you need to pay the fines. their not going away.
