Car insuance void because i didnt tell them i had 6 points?
A couple of weeks ago I was driving my car and a lorry smacked into the side of me. Now the AA want to check my policy/DVLA. I didn't tell them that I had six points when the policy started. I got the six points for not having insuance because a year or two ago the AA stop my policy without letting me know.
Also the AA have scraped my car without my primission (therefore have no car now and still havent got anything out of my car), can anyone give me any advice?

Expect to be fully-prosecuted for not declaring those points to your insurer. A fine, a ban, and you had better mention THIS punishment, next time that you want insurance!
