Is the cash for clunkers program hurting many charities?
I know I've seen ads from charities that take peoples old cars and either fix them up or scrap them and use the scrap money. Has this program hurt charities whose revenues are already down in a tough economy?
i wonder what it'll do to those who buy used cars. i drive a good distance to work and don't like to buy the overpriced new cars and put tons of miles on them. my taxes didn't go up yet but everything else is going up.
