How do I notify DVLA my car has been scrapped? I do not have the log book?
and do you know the address of who i send it to?

The only thing you can do is write to the DVLA telling them you have scrapped the car. You will have to give them the registration number and make of car.
Also the person who took it off you for scrap if you know who they are. Its best to tell them this rather than say nothing. Then you are covered in case the person you sold it too, or someone else drives it on the road and gets caught. Your name will come up if they do, so you will get the fines
