questions about the Scrap cards (yugioh)?
I have 3 quick questions and would really like to know rulings, especially on the first one:
1. If scrap goblins effect is negated (i.e. effect veiler) and it gets destroyed by scrap dragons
effect, does goblins effect activate?
2. If scrap chimera is not on the field after it's effect resolves (i.e. from a
trap hole/bottomless), does it still bring out a monster from the grave?
3. If scrap chimeras summon is negated, by say solemn warning, does it still bring
out a monster from the grave?

i have one more scenario, in question 1, what if debris dragon brings out goblin? when goblin is blown up by another "scrap card" does its recycle effect activate, even though its effect was negated by debris?
1. By Effect Veiler? No. Effect Veiler only negates effects that activate and resolve while the monster is face-up on the field.
2. Yes, since cards that destroy monster do not negate their Summon.
3. No. Scrap Chimera was never on the field in the first place to activate its effect.
None of these are questions about Scrap cards, but of general game mechanics. All card will follow these rules.
