Can i sell a car in California with a UCC1 against the buyer?
i sold my car to a friend, but its worth 35 grand, so that means alot of payments, cause hes my bud i didnt make him get financing, just giveing me intrest free payments......can i use a UCC1 (uniform commercial code form 1) with the deal to ensure i get payment, incase we are no longer friends?
