Actually, i bought a car one month ago and have not received logbook.
So I have applyed for the V5 document, meanwhile, i have buyers want to buy my car.
can i sell my car while the V62 form are being prossesed on my name?
Until thre dvla have actually processed your application you are not the registeed keeper of the car. I do not think it is illegal for you to sell it at this time but common sense would say wait until you actually get the V5. If there was a problem or some sort of hitch and you had already sold the car on things could get quite messy!
